As part of an existing planning permission, this new-build 140 bed Hampton by Hilton hotel needed to ensure a BREEAM rating of Very Good. This proved particularly challengining within the very rigid framework of the Hampton by Hilton brand.

Close liaison was required with the design team and Hilton Project Manager to ensure both brand standards and BREEAM certification were achieved.

AP LTD were also appointed by the M&E contractor to undertake a ‘commissioning manager’ role following occupation to assist with the BREEAM Seasonal Commissioning requirements.
